As a scholar who has completed qualitative research at the doctoral level, focused on the impact mentoring has on women leaders I know, having a personal coach / mentor can help pivot you to a higher heights in your career and life. I'm here to be that coach for you. Together, we will work to develop a plan and strategy to overcome challenges, achieve work/life balance and climb the corporate ladder.
